We are recruiting for a self motivated, diligent and highly organised Office & Operations Manager. Our client is a growing business operating in the construction / fit out sector. Having seen unprecedented growth since inception the business now requires a strong manager to support all key administrative functions.
This is a critical role, day to day you will be responsible for the management and completion of a large scope or works including;
– Banking / Reconciliation/ Financial Control
– Supplier & Customer Management
– Report Management / regular updates to the Directors
– Subcontractor Admin & Timesheet Management
Whilst this role requires a highly experienced Office Manager we are looking for someone with strength in financial operations as this role will be heavily responsible for finance management.
You will be a dynamic and ambitious person, willing to roll up your sleeves and take on all levels of tasks.
A full driving licence is also essential.
Rate of Pay
£22,000.00 – £25,000.00 per year
